...Feeder CW 03 is the device that increases potential of automats by welding with flux methods by which is advantageous to use cold wire feeding.

FEEDER CW 03 is optional device which can be fully integrated into subordinate control system and is suitable for welding with flux methods or with use of laser with cold wire of 1,2 – 1,6mm.

CW 03 is designed as self – supporting and high – resistant construction of steel, on the back side there is plastic cover of the coil of type K 300 for maximal loading of 20Kg. On the front side there is connection of welding wire lining, on the back side there are also connecting connectors of systems. The device is designed for left- or right side use.

The whole system of feeding the wire is result of unique construction solution that comes from HST CREATIVE Research and Development department and this solution is patented. The whole device is driven by four – roller feeder controlled and driven by digitally controlled drive of unique construction which eliminates ordinary problems with dynamics of wire feeding and enables to work with high parameters of feeding (backwards, forwards) in 100% linearity of feeding up to limit values of feeding frequencies.
- CW 03 is controlled directly from the control system of automat to which is connected. All of the parameters can be adjusted in the MENU of control system of automat that means that these parameters are connected to all of the other settings and are the part of saved programs.
