Service contract


This chapter describes the way how to reach very quick and quaranteed service from the side of HST CREATIVE. It does not mean that the customer who does not conclude servise contract will have lower quality of provided service but our if our capacities are full the service contract means priority in service. 


 

What is exactly the service contract?

 

  • Service contract means a kind of agreement between our company and your company about removing the failures in certain time period. Our capacities on the field of service are limited even we have several experts of service in the company. Concluding the contract means bigger budget for service and  service capacities can be extended and quality of provided service and support will be higher and higher. 
  • Only one contract for more machines, welding machines can be concluded. The subject of the contract can be electrical checking, calibration, etc. 
  • Service contracts are not concluded because of the profit. The whole profit brought by the contract is moved into the investment into improvement of our system of service and connecting services.
  • Response Time. This expression means maximal time period of our feedback from the time when the failure is  at first notified and reported to our experts. 
  • Fix Time. This expression means maximal time period of reparing the machine from the time when the failure is at first notified and reported to our experts.

 

Types of contracts

 

  • Contract type BASIC. Response Time 8 hours, Fix Time 96 hours. Our experts available from 07:30 - 15:30.
  • Contract type ADVANCE. Response Time 6 hours, Fix Time 72 hoursOur experts available from 07:30 - 15:30.
  • Contract type OPTIMUM. Response Time 4 hours, Fix Time 48 hoursOur experts available from 07:30 - 20:00.
  • Contract type QUICK. Response Time 2 hours, Fix Time 24 hoursOur experts available from 07:30 - 20:00.

 

Individual solution

 

  • It is possible to put special requirements on service into the contract. It is up to discussion between you and us and we will try to do our best to fulfill all of your requirements.
  • "Response Time" and  "Fix Time" are minimal taking only distance between our central office and your company into consideration.
