- SWR series machines are highly advanced and designed to support the widest range of light weight, precision, and rotating welded products. The SWR series machines are perfect for MIG, MAG, MAG PULSE, TIG AC/DC, and MICROPLAMA welding.
- The mechanical construction is specifically adapted for easy automatic operations with maximum versatility. The sturdy steel base supports a well balanced overhung basic steel bed. The elevation angles possibilities of the supporting arm makes this machine unique precision instrument of production.
- A variable speed motor controls a drive shank. The motor is connected by a planet gear and toothed belt to a flanged shank, this configuration allows for the easy mounting of an universal chuck.
- The tailstock movement along an exact linear conduit easily shows any misalignment to within a 0.3 mm tolerance (only exact milled version – normal is an accuracy of 0.7 mm). The tailstock is equipped with the same flange as the drive shank.
- The pneumatically controlled arm has a huge range of motion settings; this allows the operator to position the torch holder in the optimal position. The torch is fixed on a mechinical arm that can be positioned longitudinally over the entire length of the bed. The tailstock pressure source can be mechanical or pneumatic.
- SWR series machines are absolutely an industry one-of-a-kind. The operator can always find the optimal welding position for any product, even welding in a hole. The SWR series machines are ideal for high quality welding in industrial applications or special purpose single-part production.
