Division history - HST CREATIVE project

HST CREATIVE is a division of HST TECHNOLOGIC s.r.o. the number one supplier and distributor on the market for welding technology and machinery in the Czech Republic. One of our targets in 2000 was to establish a division soley devoted to the design and production of special-purpose machines for the automatic welding market. Thus the inception of HST CREATIVE.

  • Our vision was simple: to create sophisticated instruments of production with an excellent ratio of price with regard to quality and usage. Additionally, to bring a perfected, high quality, user freindly control system and marry this with the application of our own patents and designs.
  • The development plan for the first four years of the activity was fixed along with the establishment of the new division. Our activity was divided into four individual specialized groups:
    • Development and production of a high quality automatic welding product line.
    • Development and production of customer driven solutions tailored to specific customer requierements.
    • Development and sales of an optimized 2D unit technology for the cutting of metals with a plasma beam, or oxy-acetylene welder. 
    • Development and sales of a robotic workplace for metal welding.
  • First a engineering office and workshop were established and work began swiftly on our prototypes. It was a forerunner to today´s SWR line of machines. From this machine we adopted a fundamental decision not to use a common PLC control system but on the contrary, to invest in the development of our own control system.  This new system was built for only one thing... perfection. You can appreciate our results in everything from the highly functional design and smooth operetion to user friendly controls.
  • Our production is divided into rotating and linear welding machines. With an ever expanding product range we are able to satisfy the most exacting customer´s requirement.
  • Our research and development of several speacial-purpose machines have resulted in significant triumphs. Our...technical staff and recently expanded production department ensure we are ready and able to handle the most complicated order. We are working on a new production line that combines plasma cutting, sheets forming and welding with a product in capability of 250,000 pcs per year.
