RWP 1350.3221

RWP 1350.3521 is a strong stationary positioner with a 960 mm working plate height and a maximum working load of 3220 kg.

The rugged steel construction houses a rotator, driving mechanism and huge shank. The shank has a flange giving the possibility of fixing a standard basic plate with grooves, special lumped head or universal chuck.

The rotator is powered with an electric motor which allows shank pitch changes from 0-90° under load ensuring the optimum welding position.

The machine body has integrate anchorage points which allow for the easy mounting of a welding torch arm allowing automatic positioner opetation. The machine can be equipped with a pneumatic system of welding torch arm motion.

The possibility of welding with the MIG/MAG and TIG methods including arc welding. The machine has also the possibility of using as a system for plasma cutting or flame cutting.

The control system allows for a really perfect pre-setting the welding process including automated welding processes. So, it is possible to weld a weld (for example a 120° circular sector ) and then to automatically tilt a weldment (for example by 45°) and continue with a fillet circuit weld (for example by 360°). Ater this action the positioner automatically returns to the starting point and you can repeat the procedure. Those are really excellent possibilities, with regard to the traditionally machine concept, and in its direct consequence it is a very productive device that is the top of position welding systems in the present development.
