AWL 1100.M

AWL 1100.M is a modern automatic machine designed for linear welding of thin materials.

The superior mechanical construction is highly sophisticated and it is extremely precise tolerances ensure unrivalled product characteristic and accuracy. Weldment is positioned on the triblet, stabilized and held in position pneumatically by a gearing lever with copper split segments transversely aligned to perfectly dissipate the heat generated during the welding process. The segments have grooves that allow the operator to set the optimal material position in dependence on thickness and type of a material.

All moving functions are pneumatically controlled. The step motor ensures smooth and controlled movement of the torch support which allows for welding speeds of 100 mm/min up to 3,000 mm/min. Fast return, 5,000 mm/min, significantly decreases downtime between welding and preparation.
