RWP 800.821

RWP 850.821 is a heavy duty rotating positioner with a stand alone base supporting system, 960 mm working plate height, and a maximum working load of 820 kg.

The rugged steel construction houses a rotator, driving mechanism and huge shank. The shank has a flange giving the possibility of fixing a standard basic plate with grooves, special lumped head or universal chuck.

The rotator is powered with an electric motor which allows shank pitch changes from 0-90° under load ensuring the optimum welding position.

The machine body has integrate anchorage points, for the easy mounting of a system controlled (pneumatic) or manually controlled welding torch arm, allowing for fully automatic positioner operation.

This machine is compatible with MIG/MAG, TIG, and arc welding, as well as, plasma or flame cutting.

The control system allows for the precise product pre-setting for the manual and automatic welding processes. So, it is possible to make a weld (for example a 120° circular sector ) and then to automatically tilt the weldment (for example by 45°) and continue with a fillet circuit weld (for example by 360°). After this action the positioner automatically returns to the starting point and you can repeat the procedure. Those key factors place the RWP 850.821 at the top of the positioning welding systems available on the market today.
