RWP 550.221

RWP 550.221 is a stand alone positioner with a 910 mm working plate height and a maximum working load 220 kg.
The rugged steel construction houses a rotator, driving mechanism and shank. The shank has a flange giving the possibility of fixing a standart basic plate with grooves, or the possibility of fixing an universal chuck.
The rotator is powered with an electric motor whitch allows shank tilting changes from 0-90° under load ensuring the optimum welding position.
The machine body has integrate anchorage points which allow for the easy mounting of a welding torch arm allowing automatic positioner operation.
Machine is posible to deliver with pneumatic move of the automatic welding torch arm.
RWP is perfect for MIG/MAG and TIG, including pulse arc.
