EWR 500.28 T

EWR 500. 28 T precision special rotating automatic machines is designed for precision welding. The EWR are perfect for PLASMA WED, TIG, LASER
Construction of the machine is designed as a desktop, allowing installation on ordinary desktop.
Tower chassis contains all the electronics and also gives overhung arm with continuous elevation in the range of 0-90 °
The arm carries the imposition of the hollow spindle through-hole 28 mm, which is ready for mounting universal chuck. Spindle spinning through the planet gear stepper motor torque 2, 7 Nm.
Cut linear conduit brings axially the tailstock movement. Conduit also subserves to save the arm torch, coupled with a precise cross slide for easy positioning and welding with a repeatable accuracy of 0, 2 mm. For the welding of very precision parts can be fitted with synchronous machine drive opposite the tailstock spindle.
