Our corporate philosophy and posture
Passion for machines and digitally controlled technology was the reason for the inception of the HST CREATIVE Division. Thanks to a generous grant from HST TECHNOLOGIC s.r.o. we could invest million in development without an immediate press for profitability. Thereby, allowing us to supply a wide assortment of highly sophisticated machines with unrivalled digital capabilities.
In HST CREATIVE we have raised the bar in supplier-customer relationships. Our Company has a very traditional concept of business that has been lost by our competitors. We call our customers and clients because every new order is very personal for us. We uphold a very strict policy of customer confidentiality specifically regarding a clients fundamental production and business processes. We are able to guarantee to our clients that we will not provide the same technical solution to their direct competition.
During the developmental phase of an order, we are fully available to our clients as our staff diligently readies a perfect solution. The development of specialized machinery does not end by delivering a device. We are capable and willing to implement additional improvements or necessary changes on the grounds of knowledge which arise from the device’s operation. Our work ends not at the impletion but only when we have exhausted all further developmental possibilities.
Of course, nothing is free of charge. If it is apparent that an order has an undersized budget we would rather not accept it than hand over work with a functionality or lifespan that does not meet our customers expectations. Nevertheless our prices are generally very solid and attractive.
As to our standard machines; well our client will get the best on the market at a very acceptable price. Our portfolio of products is still increasing and that gives our clients a guarantee of a permanent and useful partnership with HST CREATIVE.
Service for clients before contract closing
We are fully aware that every client expects that the purchase of an automated production instrument will result in a dramatic change in some of production process parameters. While the most common expectations are an increase in productivity and production quality, often customers can also find a tremendous savings in qualified manpower. We are so sure of our technology we are ready to persuade clients by delivering samples which the client provides. Therefore clients can rest assure that the investment will not be needless or unsuitable.
Service for clients during contract closing
We close every contract on the grounds of careful analysis of the client´s needs and after the client’s familiarization with the future result, usability, power, and limitation of the delivered technology. As far as a serial product is concerned; our prices are fixed and not subject change. In the case of the development of an unique device the price is clearly indicated with the possibility of an adjustment by about or max. 15% for any unforeseen complication during development. It is possible to make different contracts depending on the client’s involvement, production, and machine components according our graphical documentation. While many contract variances are available; our common target is - a perfect result.
